The F-18 HORNET (CF-18 is the Canadian version) is originally an aircraft designed to be embarked on aircraft carriers. The qualities of the aircraft led some countries to acquire it despite the fact that they did not have an aircraft carrier: CANADA is an example.

This version of the CF-18 called “No fly zone” corresponds to an exclusively Air-to-Air configuration as it was used in Libya in 2011. The grey color and the “Low Visibility” marking make it particularly attractive to collectors.
