Model of the famous Alphajet which contributed to train so many French fighter pilots at the Groupement Ecole 314 in Tours.

HERPA WINGS models are high quality, pre-assembled, cast metal models. The landing gear and the variable geometry wings are mobile and allow to choose a landing or a flight configuration. The marking is very detailed.

The ALPHAJET model will easily find its place on a desk or a bookcase.

THE ALPHAJET

The Alphajet was produced in 500 copies in 2 versions: School or ground attack. The difference is especially visible in the shape of the nose…rounded for the E version for school, pointed for the ground attack version.

The ALPHAJET is a very sound aircraft, ideal for learning to fly jets before the young pilot flies operational single-seaters such as the MIRAGE or the RAFALE. It also equips the famous Patrouille de France based in Salon de Provence. It is slightly modified to adapt to the particularities of the presentation mission.
